The 16th Jeonju International Film Festival holds official press conference to announce the line-up for this year!

The 16th Jeonju International Film Festival (Jeonju IFF) holds official press conference to announce the overview and line-up for this year in both Jeonju and Seoul on Tuesday, March 31.

The official press conference will take place at 10:00am in Jeonju Digital Independent Cinema, located in Gosa-dong, Jeonju, and at 5:00pm in CGV Yeouido Screen 4 in Seoul. They will cover new administration aspects and major changes, and introduce line-up including Opening Film, and alterations of ‘Jeonju Project Market.’ At the press conference in Seoul, actors and directors of ‘Jeonju Cinema Project 2015’ will attend. Director KIM Heejung, actor KIM Taehun and actress PARK Sodam from Snow Paths, and director LEE Hyun-jung, actor LEE Sunho, and actress KIM Bora from Samnye are the guests.

Official trailer and highlights of the main films will be screened for the first time, too. Especially, section trailer of ‘Jeonju Cinema Project 2015’ was designed by ‘ScreenX’ system, the multi-layered screening platform developed by CGV, which will project the trailer on 3 sides, the screen and either side of screen walls.

After the press conference, the 16th Jeonju IFF will gear up for successful feast. Following Opening Ceremony Reservation which starts on April 14, general screening reservation will begin on April 16. Moreover, schedules of various event programs including exhibitions and performances will be announced later on one by one. The 16th Jeonju IFF will get underway from Thursday, April 30 to Saturday, May 9 for 10 days.
